How do I get those sweet bonus episodes?

Purchase a membership! Once that is done we will send you a welcome email which will contain a link to the private podcast feed called, The LSG Lounge. Please allow 5 minutes and double-check your spam folder.

How does the voting system work?

Each month you will get an email from us. Typically this arrives within the first few days of the month. Your membership must be in an active status to get this email. Email and spam settings can often interfere with the delivery of this email, but you can always come to the site and vote here. If you believe your account is active and that you should have gotten an email, please contact us.

How do I update my credit card?

On this website go to: MEMBERSHIP LOGIN > MY ACCOUNT >MY SUBSCRIPTION and you’ll see a ‘CHANGE PAYMENT’ option.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Contact us and we will handle the process for you.

Can I buy a membership for someone else?

Unfortunately you can not.

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time. You may request a refund for any membership purchased within 14 days of the cancellation.

Can I share my membership?

We encourage you to have your friends listen to our bonus content. But only one device can utilize the membership per account.

I got a new phone and now can’t access the bonus content?

Just send us an email with your full name and membership type (Acolyte, Emissary, or Imperator) and we will get you authorization on your new device.

Is there a trial period?

As memberships carry no length of term obligation we do not offer trial periods. It is something we may look at doing in the future.

Will I automatically be billed each month (or year) for the membership?

Memberships renew at the designated interval. Monthly members will be charged each month. Annual members will be charged each year. You can turn off ‘automatic renewal’ in your account settings. Additionally, we offer reminder emails for annual members to indicate a coming charge for the annual plans.

I’m a current member and I can no longer afford the membership due to financial hardship?

Times are difficult for most people. If you are a member and find yourself in a financial hardship, please reach out to Dean (dean@libertystreetgeek.net) before you cancel. It’s possible we find some options for you.
